Ukraine-U.S. Peace Talks End After Five Hours, Set to Resume Monday

Ukrainian presidential adviser Dmytro Lytvyn confirmed that negotiations between Ukrainian and U.S. officials on proposals for a settlement of the war in Ukraine concluded after more than five hours on Sunday, with both sides agreeing to resume talks early Monday morning.

“They went on for more than five hours and ended for today with an agreement to resume tomorrow morning,” Lytvyn told reporters via WhatsApp chat.

Lytvyn also stated that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy would provide his comments on the discussions following their completion on Monday.
