Margo Martin, a 30-year-old aide to President Donald Trump, has become one of the most influential content creators on the right. Martin is known for her videos that offer behind-the-scenes glimpses of the president, including moments such as him dancing on a tarmac in Malaysia or serving French fries while working at McDonald’s during his presidential campaign.
Videos taken by Martin for Trump’s trip to Asia last fall garnered nearly 50 million views on her X account and more than 222 million views on the @TeamTrump Instagram and TikTok accounts. Often positioned near the president, she maintains a desk just outside the Oval Office.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt described Martin as having “the trust of the president,” enabling her to observe the administration’s daily operations and share them with the American public. Leavitt noted that Martin frequently fuels news cycles in conservative media while helping the White House amplify its message among conservative supporters online.
Alex Bruesewitz, a senior adviser to a Trump-affiliated political action committee, called Martin “undoubtedly one of the most influential creators right now” and “maybe the first ever White House influencer.” He added that her content reaches audiences in ways no administration has achieved before. Elon Musk and the Republican National Committee have reposted her posts on social media.
Link Lauren, a former senior adviser to Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s campaign, stated that Martin’s posts are “so helpful for us to discuss what the administration is doing.” Azza Cohen, who worked for former Vice President Kamala Harris, described Martin as “combining this lifestyle aesthetic with girl boss energy, and almost like a travel influencer.”
