Former Trump attorney Christina Bobb revealed to Newsmax that she remains under criminal prosecution linked to the Biden-era “Arctic Frost” investigation, a federal probe targeting Republican officials and Trump allies across multiple states.
Bobb stated during an appearance on “Sunday Agenda” that while her indictment was dismissed, the case remains active. The Arctic Frost investigation, initiated by the FBI in April 2022 and later assigned to special counsel Jack Smith in November 2022, originally focused on alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
According to Bobb, approximately 50 individuals in Nevada, Wisconsin, and Arizona are still facing legal action related to the case. She described the probe as part of a broader effort by the Biden administration to target conservatives, claiming it has impacted dozens of people nationwide.
Bobb emphasized that she is among those listed alongside Trump electors, attorneys, and associates in multiple states, all under prosecution. She contrasted President Donald Trump’s approach to justice with former President Joe Biden’s actions, alleging the latter targeted “everyday Americans” to suppress political activism.
Despite ongoing legal challenges, Bobb expressed confidence that the truth will surface. “It is sickening to see what they’ve done to everyday Americans,” she said. “You know the truth—it always has a way of coming out.”
