Jelly Roll’s Daughter Denounces Media for “Fkn Crazy” Intrusion in Private Family Divorce Matter

Jelly Roll’s daughter Bailee Ann has lashed out at public scrutiny surrounding the newly revealed divorce of her country music superstar father and his longtime wife, Bunnie Xo.

The 41-year-old Grammy winner filed for divorce on May 18 in Williamson County, Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences.

Bailee Ann, now 18, criticized the public interest in her family in a recent expiring TikTok post. In the message, she wrote: “Oh & one more thing I am disgusted at how invested everyone is in a very clearly private family matter.” She characterized widespread fascination as “fkn crazy” and instructed onlookers to “worry bout your house – not mine,” adding that she would not be speaking about the matter “yet.”

Court documents list the couple’s separation date as May 9. In the filings, Jelly Roll indicated that he and Bunnie, 46, plan to submit an agreement detailing the division of assets and debts.

The couple had been undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures to conceive a child.

This followed anonymous claims suggesting the marital split stemmed from Jelly Roll’s growing Christian faith, which reportedly clashed with his wife’s more provocative public persona.

Speculation about the separation began early June when the artist was spotted without his wedding ring at CMA Fest 2026 in Nashville and later appeared without it on social media.

The split occurred shortly after Jelly Roll delivered a heartfelt speech upon winning Best Contemporary Country Album earlier this month. In his remarks, he stated: “I want to thank my beautiful wife… I would have never changed my life without you… I would have killed myself if it wasn’t for you and Jesus.”

The estranged couple met at the Country Saloon venue in Las Vegas during one of Jelly Roll’s 2015 concerts. After dating for a year, he proposed on stage in Las Vegas in 2016, and they married in a courthouse ceremony that same evening without informing friends or family.

Bailee Ann shares a close relationship with her father, who did not finish high school but celebrated her graduation and 18th birthday last month. In an Instagram post, Jelly Roll described his daughter as “the epitome of breaking generational curses,” calling her “kind, smart, caring, loving, adventurous, funny, sassy, honest” and stating: “To put it plainly you were everything I have never been.” He added: “I can’t wait until I’m posting about how proud I am with you graduating college… I can’t wait to see the woman you end up becoming.”
